What is your process for weddings?
It starts with a consult - we spend an hour together before signing a contract discussing your likes and dislikes, your favorite art, TV, movies, and even drinks. From there, we walk through a shot list before the wedding with a list of what you'd like to have captured. Then it's off to the race! Before the wedding, I'll send out a primer on what to expect as the Bride and as the Groom (gents, its HER day!) and we'll meticulously go through each detail of the day - from getting ready to a first look to the end of the night - so that we have a plan of action. On the day of the wedding, I'll be by your side each step of the way,
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm Somerville, MA based and, yes, I love to travel! I focus on local inquiries primarily, but have worked with couples throughout the east coast of the US. Outside of 25 miles of home, I charge a nominal fee for travel to cover my expenses. My fiancé and I are North Shore people - we spend our weekends at Crane Beach and Russell Orchards, enjoy a good lobster roll at Belle Isle Seafood, and love to walk our dog in Nahant.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 8 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order additional prints!
How many pictures will we receive?
I expect to have 50-70 edited images per hour of work. For a wedding with 8 hours of coverage, you will receive between 400 to 600 fully edited images in an online gallery. Although I retain the full set of RAW images from your, I rarely share them with couples.
What Equipment do you use?
I use professional Sony cameras and lenses. For the gear geeks, my kit includes:
